The jewellery I’ve bought from here has been really flimsy. I was trying to buy an earring for the top of my ear. The 1st one I bought thinking it would have a clip to close it but instead apparently you have to pinch it closed which means the earring ends up misshapen. I bought another and made sure it had a clip on it but the clip was incredibly weak and difficult to close. I also thought that given how flimsy and poorly made they are that they were overpriced at over $20. Overall I’m really disappointed and won’t be shopping here in the future.
i got my ear cartilliage pierced in their piercing station and it ent fine until about 6months later i attemped to change if for a hoop. i kept trying to put it in but it wouldnt go in. i found out about 20 minutes later after making my ear bleed that they pierced it with the wrong earing making the hole to small.i do not recommemd getting your ear pierced there :()

I ordered a set of earrings, which I’d expected to take up to a week to arrive; they only took 3 days! However, I somehow managed to lose a part of one of the earrings, so contacted Lovisa to see about re-purchasing just one pair from the set, and would have been willing to pay for it as it was my own fault; but, less than an hour after I’d emailed them to ask about this, they responded saying that they’d send me out a whole new set for free. I’m blown away by this customer service and have never been so happy with a company before!!
I had my ears pierced by a member of staff and it’s incredibly wonky. The earring was also very big and stuck upwards. It’s so close to the edge of my ear and the cleaning spray they make you buy is rubbish, it does absolutely nothing. The staff there are externally rude and I would not recommend going to the shop to anyone.

It is ridiculous the amount of time u have to wait for the item and they charge a for shipping they are worse than shein or fashion nova. your best be to go to acute store is not worth to buy online. don't recommend the headache
I purchased two sets of earrings on February 25. It is now March 17 and they have not been shipped out yet. I have emailed them on two separate occasions and and heard that my items are packed but there are “shipping delays due to COVID-19.” This is bunk and I know it because I have purchased items online in the last year on many different occasions and have not experienced any delays so I am not sure how a small package of earrings would be any different. I even ordered something from South Korea and received it in a timely manner. I was duped into thinking that if a store’s brick and mortar locations had a good selection and lovely customer service (as is it at the Mall of America) then I would receive similar treatment at their online store. I have been duped. I want my earrings or my money back.
I have a little issue regarding my returns and refund (cancellation of my Afterpay) transaction from both the online customer service and store customer service. to summarize, I have an online order screw up and I wanted to resolve it directly in the store. Bu the lady told me to call their number....which I did and then told me to email them instead. Then they emailed me back and said I go settle it to the actual store. The lady at the store told me she doesn't know how to resolve Afterpay refund issues and told me to shuttle this refund issue BACK to online customer service! seriously, they shuttled me back and forth over this issue! In the end, I paid this Afterpay instalments just so they could refund me the full amount ( which really beats the purpose of Afterpay). Not happy about this experience..
I love the huge selection of jewellery available at Lovisa for extremely affordable pricing. There are also always tons of sales going on. Although the jewellery can tarnish quickly, its preventable by applying nail polish/tarnish spray! Love their low shipping cost (around $3 I think) and fast it arrives!
I don’t usually write reviews but I wanted to share my experience. I regretted ordering from this company after seeing all of these terrible reviews but hoped for the best. I was kept up to date with my order and received it within 2 weeks of ordering without any issue at all and I love the jewellery I ordered so I cannot fault them.
I'm just going to add to the thousands of terrible reviews for this company. They are definitely scammers. I placed an order on the 30th of November 2020. I still haven't received it. I received an apology email and was promised a discount voucher. I didn't receive that either. I've had to put in a Paypal claim along with many other people, I guess. Terrible, terrible customer service and overall experience. Unforgiveable in this day and age. The directors should be ashamed.
Ordered items about two months ago and received completely the wrong items only today, to be then told that the items i originally ordered where out of stock, would not buy again.
I’m shocked to see I’m not the only one with such an awful experience!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered 2 pairs of earrings which took FOREVER to arrive, I ended up having to go into store to buy them again because I really needed them as a gift. I then tried to return my order when it finally arrived, turns out you can’t return in store. I then emailed them asking them if I could return my order and also get a refund for the very expensive shipping. This is the worst part, they replied saying ‘so sorry you still haven’t received your order...’ they didn’t even read my email!!!! Or reply to my enquiry! Emailed again and nothing. Ended up having to keep 2 pairs of earrings that I didn’t need anymore. Money down the drain. Will never order from them again
